Comment: Tests that don't provide results that can help teachers and students improve are ineffective. They simply say where a student is, and don't give the chance for students to improve. This is also not effective for evaluating how well a teacher teaches, because students are still independent learners.
Question: Are there other ways to assess students on a national level without subjecting them to high-stakes tests as they are currently set up?
