Comment: It is very important for parents to be involved with their children's education because young children need that loving support from those around them. We face many hard things in life and for some children, school will be hard for them. These children need to know that someone is there to help them succeed in school. For the first few years of life, a child is in the home and that is where they will learn a lot of things that could potentially help them later in life. Parents need to teach their children those things that will help them in education and life as a whole. A lot of the time I do not think parents even realize what they are teaching their children. As teachers we need to encourage the parents of our students to be involved with their child's education and the classroom.
Question: What are ways as teachers that we can involve parents in the classroom?
